- The Dept. of Housing and Urban Development is seeking a Contractor to perform Field Review of Appraisals for the Chicago HUD Office jurisdiction consisting of the following counties: Lake, McHenry, Kane, Boone & Winnebago. The Contractor will be required to perform on-site interior and exterior reviews and/or review of the appraisal on randomly selected properties. The reviews have a 15 day turn-around completetion deadline. It is extremely important that the Contractor has the capability to meet this deadline.
