Description

The Forest Service (FS) has a requirement to establish an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity for the purchase of stone to be used for trail construction and repairs. Delivery to be made at locations throughout the Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie. Multiple awards of fixed-price contracts are anticipated. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, and incidentals necessary to supply materials to the FS at the locations and under the conditions specified. The solicitation will be issued seeking full and open competition with evaluation preferences for HUBZone Small Business Concerns and Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns. NAICS: 423320, Size Standard: 100 Employees. This Request for Quotations will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 - Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This solicitation will be available ONLY electronically at the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) website: http://www.eps.gov/ Quotes will be due no later than 3:00 local time on September 6, 2005.
