- PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE UPDATE The purpose of this notice is to notify interested industry personnel of the potential cancellation of the Montana Pre-Solicitation Conference. The Draft Solicitation and the special project web page states that contractors intending on attending the conference(s) must register. Registration can either be made viewable by the public or viewable only by FHWA personnel. Due to the cost of holding 2 conferences, a cancellation determination for the Missoula MT conference will be made on May 5, 2005. As of the date of this posting, there are not enough registered participants to hold the Missoula conference. Should the Montana conference be cancelled, the Vancouver conference remains as scheduled. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-APR-2005).
