Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations for a Radio Frequency Pain Management Generator NAICS Code 335312, for the Milwaukee VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI. This is a firm fixed price contract and this acquisition is advertised as sole source with Kimberly Clark. Vendors that believe they can meet VA needs must furnish product information and references to this office no later than 12:00 PM on August 31, 2005. Offers are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the offeror representations and certifications commercial items. Information may be mailed or it may be faxed to: 414-902-5440. Anticipated award effective date is September 1, 2005.
