- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for products prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541511 (Custom Computer Programming Services). This also serves as a notice of intent to negotiate with XY Vision Enterprise Solutions Inc, 30 New Crossing Road, Reading MA on other than a full and open competitive basis because they are the only known source for the required product. The offeror shall provide separate pricing for each of the following contract line item numbers: (CLINs) 0001 ? Part # ADVP Schedule 1, XPP Software Upgrade; 0002- Part # XYVU-X, Xy view (1 to 4); 0003 ? Part # CITIENG Adds English Legal and Medical Dictionaries; 0004 ?Part # LEG/MED Dictionaries; 0005 ? Part # MATH-ML; 0006 ? Part # XPP-UPG72_PKGC, Schedule 2 ? PROSERV Upgrade Service Package. This procurement?s destination and delivery will be to Acquisition & Assistance Field Branch Hy 3311 Toledo Road, Hyattsville, MD. The Government elects to award any, all, or none of the items above. The contractor shall deliver all items by 30 days after receipt of order. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation.
