Description
Maintenance Operations Efficiendy training "Engineer Export I" STATEMENT OF WORK FOR MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS EFFICIENCY TRAINING PURPOSE. The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to contract a consulting company for the 86th Maintenance Group to provide Maintenance Operations Efficiency training. SCOPE. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supervision, materials, transportation, services, and resources to accomplish the requirement. REQUIREMENTS Period of Performance is from 12 September 2005 through 18 September 2005. Contract must provide one day of training to consist of contractor familiarization to include an organizational assessment of the current operations efficiency, and provide an in-depth concept and overview of the contractors company. Provide one day of training for senior leadership to address their specific interests, roles, and responsibilities. Provide one half day of training to cover the basics of Lean overview/simulation for senior managers and team members. Provide three and a half days to provide VSM/A Session with the 86th MXG for the development of the ?lean roadmap?. The contractor must provide training on how to make the current operations more efficient in the 86th Maintenance Group. LOCATION Training is required to be conducted at the 86th Maintenance Group Training Center for Excellence on Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The contractor is required to self procure transportation and accommodations. PERSONNEL. The Contractor shall be responsible for selecting personnel who are qualified to perform the required tasking. The Government shall not exercise supervisory control over contractor employees. ENTRY CONTROL. The contractor will contact the TRCO to arrange the time of arrival and entry control into the installation. The contractor will provide the names of all individuals required entry. Contractor will also provide the vehicle make, model, and license number of all vehicles required entry. The names of drivers with identification numbers from picture identification cards are also required. Picture identification cards must be presented for entry into Ramstein Air Base. TRCO must have this information no later than 6 September 2005.
