Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F3ABWG42430100, is a Request for Quote. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005 ? 03. NAICS Code 811212. Place of Performance/FOB Destination: Robins AFB, GA including tenant organizations located within a 20-mile radius of Robins AFB, GA. Solicitation is to secure hardware maintenance for notebook, laptop, transportable, and desktop microcomputers, network servers, network printers, routers, hubs, associated peripherals, and associated communications devices for Warner Robins Air Logistics Center and its tenant organizations, located on and within a 20-mile radius of Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The contactor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, equipment, material, supervision, transportation, and all other items and services necessary to perform maintenance as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The resulting contract will be a Five-Year IDIQ contract with estimated date of award of 15 September 2005. Two contract numbers, commercial points of contact (including telephone numbers/e-mail addresses) and dollar figures for two similar contracts within the last two years. 2. A staff planning document detailing how your company will perform the required effort, including staffing and Parts inventory. This document shall be no more than One page (81/2? x 11?). Award will be made based on the lowest total price of the contractors who meet the qualifications outlined in the Statement of Work. Evaluation will be based on interviews with the Points of Contact from the two submitted contracts and the staff planning document submitted with your quote.
