Description: ACC CONS Contracting Squadron, Langley AFB, VA intends to solicit on a sole source basis the purchase of web-based Audit Module application licenses for 70 users for the ACC PMS/QA division to Quality Systems Integrators, 60 Pottstown Pike, Suite 7, Uwchland, PA 19480. These licenses will be used in conjunction with existing QSI software. Statutory authority for this sole source purchase as implemented by FAR 13.501(a)(1).
