- SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS (Not a Notice of Solicitation) NAICS: 713990. This synopsis is issued to conduct market research for informational and planning purposes only. This market survey is conducted to identify potential sources to furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, and material to provide certified sports officials for Vandenberg AFB Fitness Center. The Sports covered under notice include intramural and varsity, flag football, soccer, softball, basketball, volleyball, and hockey. Please submit a Statement of Capabilities package. Your package should clearly state capabilities, expertise, current sports association certifications, and past performance which is relevant to the general requirements as stated above. Responding firms are also requested to provide information concerning their business status: large, small, disadvantage, 8(a), Hubzone and/or disabled veteran. Additionally, your Statement of Capabilities package should include the following: Company Name; Address; Point of Contact; Telephone number; E-Mail Address; CAGE Code; and Web Page URL if applicable. Please submit your responses no later than 1 July 2005 to 30th Contracting Squadron, LGCB, 806 13th Street, Suite 2, Vandenberg AFB, CA 93437-5226 Attn: Kevin Thomsen or by email at kevin.thomsen@vandenberg.af.mil. The Government will neither a award the contract solely on the basis of this synopsis nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. This synopsis does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does this issuance restrict the Government’s acquisition approach.
