- THIS MODIFICATION CHANGES THE QUANTITY FROM: 3 EA TO: 29 EA.** This is a sole source, spares requirement for NSN 6115-01-399-4360BZ, P/N 65160-00001-050, Noun: Tail Rotor Blade, APPL: MH53J/M. This requirement is for a basic quantity of 3 EA. Destination: Robins AFB GA, Delivery: January 2006. Firm fixed price contract to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Stratford, CT, Cage 78286. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
