- The US Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command has a requirement for the following commercial item to support the Iraqi Supplemental Acquisition-Military (ISAM). This requirement will be solicited as a 2-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quanti ty Contract under W56HZV-05-R-D103. FAR Part 12.6, with supplemental information will be used.
