Description

The VA Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking qualified, responsible service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) firms who have the capacity and capability to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete Project #693-03-117 Dental Clinic Renovation Project. Work will include but is not limited to general construction, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, asbestos abatement, mechanical and finish work. Construction cost range is $500,000-1M. NAICS for this procurement is 236220, size standard 28.5 million. Bid documents will be available on or about August 26, 2005. Interested bidders must submit WRITTEN REQUESTS ONLY to Contracting Officer, VA Medical Center, 1111 East End Blvd., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711. Fax #570-821-7277. Telephone calls will not be accepted. All respondents must be registered in Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov. Bid documents will be issued on a first come first serve basis until supply is exhausted. This procurement is 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)Set-Aside. Bids from other than SDVOSB's will not be considered. Award is subject to availability of funds.
