- Description
- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform the Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract services for maintenance, repairs, alterations and new construction projects at VA North Texas HealthCare System, Dallas, TX., Sam Rayburn Memorial Medical Center, Bonham, TX. and FT Worth Outpatient Clinic, FT Worth, TX. Contract work shall include plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, fume hoods, security and fire alarms, laboratories, rough and finish carpentry, drywall installation and finishing, painting, wall coverings, window repair and replacement, various types of roofing repair and replacements, carpeting and vinyl flooring, masonry, landscaping, cast-in-place concrete, sidewalks, and asphalt paving and striping. All construction services shall be provided in accordance with each project task order and shall comply with applicable project specifications and current building codes. This contract is for a base year period with 4 (one year option periods) for a total of 5 years Not To Exceed cost of $4,000,000 dollars. The contract guarantee minimum for the base year and each one year option period is $ $125,000. This is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Own Businesses (SDVOB) and limited to the (SDVOB) firms located with the Central Standard Time Zone. 9/23/05No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Cost range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. NAIC code is 236220. Issue date is o/b August 23, 2005. Award is subject to Availability of Funds.
