Description: The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) proposes to extend Contract No. PBGC01-CT-03-0657 with Richard T. Miller. Under the contract, Richard T. Miller will continue to provide management and technical consulting services for the implementation of the Ariel Project. The extension is for a period of one year which will extend services through September 30, 2006. This is a continuation of work already undertaken by the existing provider. It is in the best interest of the PBGC for the current provider to complete this work by extending for a year.. This extension under the existing contract will ensure continuity in the work. An RFP will not be issued. See Note 22.
