- The U. S. Department of the Interior, Minerals Management Service, on behalf of the California Army National Guard, intends to make a firm-fixed price; sole source award to TechExcel, Lafayette, CA. Specifically, the California Army National Guard has a requirement for 41 each TechExcel Helpdesk licenses and TechExcel Helpdesk New Maintenance. TechExcel's Helpdesk product line is currently in use by the California Army National Guard, this procurement is to add to the current inventory. This announcement is published as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this Announcement is for informational purposes only. However, all information received by 4:30 p.m. EST August 21, 2005 will be considered by the Government. The anticipated award date is August 22, 2005.
