- The Medium Range Missile Systems Group (MRMSG) at Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Sole-Source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Integrated Data Systems (IDS), Inc for the Comprehensive Cost and Requirements System (CCaRS). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) format in Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation and a Request for Proposal (RFP), an additional notice or request will not be issued. The solicitation number issued in this notice is RFP number FA8675-05-R-0299. The North American industry Classification System (NACIS) code for this acquisition is 541511, with a size standard of $21M. This requirement is to implement the CCaRS system throughout the Air-to-Air wing through the following: CLIN 0001 - PRE-IMPLEMENATAION OF CCaRS. The contractor shall provide pre-implementation activities IAW the attached SOW. These activities include but are not limited to providing consulting services necessary to successfully deploy CCaRS and the necessary training at all user levels to ensure user functionality. CLIN 0002 - IMPLEMENTATION. The contractor shall provide system implementation activities IAW the attached SOW. These activities include but are not limited to providing system software installation services required to launch CCaRS and the necessary training at all user levels to ensure maximum availability and usage for functional personnel. CLIN 0003 - DATA MIGRATION. The contractor shall provide data migration activities IAW the SOW attached in Section J. These activities include but are not limited to providing services necessary to populate CCaRS with historical and other data that will affect CCaRS reporting. NOTE: This period of performance for CLIN(s) 0001 ? 0003 is one year 01 October 05 to 31 September 06. The user fee and helpdesk support are included during this period. OPTION CLIN 0004 ? ANNUAL USER FEE and REMOTE HELPDESK SUPPORT. The contractor shall provide system updates/installs and remote helpdesk support IAW the SOW. These activities include but are not limited to providing the latest version of CCaRS software upon release to include system software installation services and remote helpdesk support to information technology personnel. BASE PERIOD 1: 01 OCTOBER 06 TO 31 SEPTEMBER 07 OPTION CLIN 0005 ? ANNUAL USER FEE and REMOTE HELPDESK SUPPORT. The contractor shall provide system updates/installs and remote helpdesk support IAW the SOW. These activities include but are not limited to providing the latest version of CCaRS software upon release to include system software installation services and remote helpdesk support to information technology personnel. BASE PERIOD 2: 01 OCTOBER 07 TO 31 SEPTEMBER 08 OPTION CLIN 0006 ? ANNUAL USER FEE and REMOTE HELPDESK SUPPORT. The contractor shall provide system updates/installs and remote helpdesk support IAW the SOW. These activities include but are not limited to providing the latest version of CCaRS software upon release to include system software installation services and remote helpdesk support to information technology personnel. BASE PERIOD 3: 01 OCTOBER 08 TO 31 SEPTMEBER 09 OPTION CLIN 0007 ? ANNUAL USER FEE and REMOTE HELPDESK SUPPORT.
