Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required for demolition and removal of existing fire pump structures and prepping the site for the replacement and relocation of the facility fire pump and the associated fire control panel as required by the specifications and drawings furnished. This procurement contains some general construction, electrical and mechanical etc. All work shall be done in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings provided; the completion time for this procurement is five months or one hundred fifty calendar days (151) after Notice to Proceed is issued. The NACIS (North American Industry Classification System) code is 233320. The tentative issue date for the issue of bid packages is 8/15/05, this procurement is unrestricted. The cost of the bid package is $25.00, fax requests for packages will not be accepted, and the check / cash must be received prior to receiving package. The estimated cost range of this procurement is between $100,000 - $250,000.
