Description: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award, on a sole source basis, a Purchase Order to Loretta Jones, of Healthy African American Families, Los Angeles, California, for continuation of service and the final production and distribution of 5000 door-knob brochures on the recognition of preterm labor for African American Families. The brochures are the result of a pilot test evaluation conducted by Loretta Jones and authorized under PHSA Section(s) 317K(a) 317 (b) and 317L.
