Description

DDRT is responsible for shipping the spare sorter controller along with I/O cards and any other hardware that may be useful in the set-up to the Contractor repair shop. Contractor will first inspect the downed controller hardware and components and then, if determined to be repairable, configure a spare sorter control system for DDRT. Contractor shall inform DDRT of any hardware problems detected and recommended solution(s) and an up-dated cost estimate. As part of the set-up, Contractor shall supply two (2) spare hard drives, configured for the sorter control system, which can be used as backup for the spare sorter control system.. The new estimate shall include hardware, set-up effort, configuration and thorough pre-test of the rebuilt controller. Contractor shall provide on-site installation of the rebuilt controller.
