Description

The United States Army Communication-Electronic Life Cycle Management Command (C-E-LCMC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract on a sole source basis to General Dynamics C4 Systems (GDC4S), Inc., Taunton, MA. Authority for Other Than Fu ll and Open Competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) 1 and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The proposed action is for 20 (Twenty) each of the following Mobile Subscriber Equipment (MSE) ATM Cables assemblies used in weapon systems: National Stock Numbe rs (NSN) 5995-01-478-7094 (GDC4S Part Number 09-275123-145,) NSN 5995-01-478-7097 (GDC4S Part Number 09-275123-138,) NSN 5995-01-485-7011 (GDC4S Part Number 09-2778847-1,) NSN 5995-01-471-7106 (GDC4S Part Number 09-2759491-101,) and NSN 5995-01-499-4986 ( GDC4S Part Number 09-2730029-2). The Government requires delivery of all 20 MSE ATM Cables of each NSN, 180 days after contract award. The applicable numbered notes for this acquisition are 9, 22, and 26. The Government does not possess any technical d ata, specifications or drawings.
