Description

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials to support the commercial and dormitory flooring requirements, exclusive of residential flooring, for Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. Materials and labor to be provided include, but are not limited to, carpet, tile, cove base, installation and removal of listed materials, and the removal and replacement of furnishings as required. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: 238330. This procurement is being conducted as a 100 percent small business set aside. The size standard is: 500 employees. Solicitation documents will be tentatively posted on or about 7 September 2005. This will be a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a period of performance of 1 Nov 2005 through 31 Oct 2006 with two one year options.
