Description

Provide labor, equipment and materials necessary to make repairs to the historic silo located in the Spring Hill/Z Bar Ranch headquarters area of Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve. Work includes installation of a gunite liner with reinforcing rods to ten foot height of interior wall in silo and pouring of interior silo floor. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). NAICS code is 238110. This is a "full and open competition" award which will be made in accordance with Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The RFQ with attachments will be issued electronically on website http://www.nbc.gov on or about August 19, 2005. The Davis Bacon act will apply. Prospective offerors must register on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website http://www.ccr.gov in order to receive awards from federal agencies.
