Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region intends to issue a three year, cost-reimbursable professional services contract to create geo-referenced maps that describe habitat use of Chinook salmon and rainbow/steelhead trout at two or more discrete flows on the Stanislaus River between Goodwin Dam and the confluence with the San Joaquin River. These maps shall quantify salmonid distribution and density, describe the corresponding physical habitat attributes, and identify discernible differences among these parameters between each discrete flow. This project is a field intensive investigation that will provide fishery data specific to the Stanislaus River that: 1) quantifies the amount and condition of habitat available for salmonid species on the Stanislaus River between Goodwin Dam and the confluence with the San Joaquin River 2) describes salmonid habitat use, density and/or distribution between various flows 3) identifies discernible differences between fish habitat use and habitat parameters at each discrete flow. This requirement is a full and open competition. The proposed NAICs Code for this acquisition is 541620, Environmental Consulting Services and the related small business size standard is $6M. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Annual Representations and Certifications, as required by FAR 4.1102, apply to this procurement. Prospective contractors must be registered in CCR prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
