Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) OTIS ANGB, MA 02542 intends to issue a sole source purchase order to EnviroLogix, Inc for QuantiPlate for Imidacloprid. The proposed contract action is for items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Numbered Note 22 applies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be normally considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Simplified procurement procedures will be used as well as commercial item acquisition regulations per FAR Part 12, The NAICS code is 325413 Size Standard is 500.
