The revised SOW can be obtained at http://www.uscg.mil/hq/arsc/index.htm and by following these instructions: After entering the website, click on Contracting, click on Solicitations, click on HC-130J APO, then click on View C130J APO Open Solicitations. Scroll down to HSCG38-05-Q-620062. The solicitation is also amended to add the following: In the event that competition is obtained, all offerors will be required to submit evaluation criteria.
