Description

PORTER COUNTY, INDIANA The work of this project consists of the construction of a 8,496 square foot shop and storage building. All work is located at the north end of the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore Headquarters Complex, 1100 North Mineral Springs Road, Porter, Indiana. The work is general construction and shall include but is not limited to: exterior and interior wall framing, exterior wall finishing, siding and painting, installation of EPDM roofing system, installation of stairs and a second floor in the Plumbing/HVAC Shop and Heated Storage areas, installation of doors and windows, and installation of plywood on the interior of the cold storage walls. Additional work may include installation of an HVAC system, electrical and lighting installation, and interior finishes including insulation, plywood and painting. Magnitude of project: $100,000.00 to $250,000.00.
