Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) Information Technology Laboratory (ITL), Vicksburg, Mississippi requires Primavera software maintenance, software and services in form of operations and maint enance technical expertise, all in support of USACE P2 Project. P2 is the Corps of Engineers Standard Project Management System which supports the management and execution of Military, Civil Works, Environmental, Research and Development programs/projects . Requirement includes Primavera software to support P2 and annual software maintenance of Corps of Engineers owned Primavera licenses. Tasking shall include functional and technical expertise in relation to operation and maintenance support of P2 system including bug fixes, change orders, and services to develop interfaces, integration of Primavera software with Oracle products and P2 system and COTS upgrade support. Access to Primavera product software source code is required to perform the full scope o f required tasks. This publication serves as notice of intent to negotiate a five year, firm-fixed-price (FFP), single award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6 .302-1 with Primavera Systems, Incorporated, Three Bala Plaza, Suite 700, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004-3481 for software maintenance, software and services. Numbered Note 22 is applicable.
