Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation W912LL-05-T-0011 is issued as a Request for Quotations. The solicitation document,incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Ci rcular 2005-04, dated 8 July, 05. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business under NAICS code 333414, small business size standard of $5 mil. The North Dakota National Guard is requesting quotes on three Herman Nelson Heaters, Model Number: BT 400-46 Firebird 60. This is a specific brand name request. All equipment quoted must be factory new, never used. This will be awarded on lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications (Oct 1995) applies to this acquisition. A completed-signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with any quotation. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions (Apr 1998), the clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract terms and conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Jun 1998) applies to this acquisition. Under paragraph b, the following clauses are incorporated: 52.203-6, Restrictions on Subcontractor Sales to the Government, with Alternate I, 52.222-26, Equal O pportunity; 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans of the Vietnam Era; 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities; 252.222-37, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans; 52.225-3, Buy American Act-Supplies. The clause 52.232-33, Mandatory Information for Electronic Funds Transfer Payment (Aug 1996), 52.232-36, Payment by Third party apply to this solicitation. The clause at DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items (Nov 1995), is applicable to this acquisition.
