Description: This requirement is for contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to correct life safety deficiencies at the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System. Work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of three (3) prefabricated landing and stair units, installation of sidewalks and footings, cutting of masonry and plaster wall sections, and installation of new doors and hardware. Included in the project will be the restoration of lawns and landscaping damaged or affected as a result of the construction operation. Interested bidders shall submit a written request for solicitation on company letterhead on a first come first serve basis. Requests can be faxed to (260) 460-1335.
