Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and travel to complete project # 568-05-212, Replace Steam Line, Bldg. 20, at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs, SD all in strict accordance with contract drawings and specifications. Work shall include, but not be limited to, replacement of buried insulated steam and condensate pipe lines serving Building 20. Work includes trenching buried expansion vault and building steam service entrance. Construction estimate is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Solicitation package will be available approximately August 12, 2005. Requests for the solicitation package must be in writing addressed to: Contracting Officer (FIN 20), 500 North 5th Street, Hot Springs, SD 57747. FAX requests may be sent to 605-745-2092. This procurement is full and open and all responsible sources may request a solicitation package. Bid opening is set for September 14, 2005 at 3:00pm local time. Applicalbe NAICS code is 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
