Description

1. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) PMA 265 F/A-18 Program requests a quote for the following Brand Name or Equal products: Item Qty Dahle 20634 EC 2 Dahle SAO-120 Auto-Oiler 2 The approximate specifications of the requested shredders are as follows: Dimensions: 30? h X 16?w X 15?d Entry Width: between 10? ? 12? Sheet Capacity: between 5 ? 15 pages Motor Peak Hp: between 1 and 2 hp Waste Capacity: 15 ? 30 gallons In addition, the Shredders MUST be National Security Agency (NSA) approved. 2. The resultant contract for this requirement will a small business set-aside, competed Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) order for North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) Code 423420. A valid FSS covering this NAICS is required. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) will be 7490. Discounted prices from the FSS are requested. The Government plans to award to the offeror with the lowest price technically-acceptable quote. 3. Delivery shall be FOB Destination thirty (30) days after receipt of order (ARO) to the following address: Naval Air Systems Command PMA 265 47123 Buse Road Bldg 2272 Suite 445 Patuxent River, MD 20670 ATTN: Ms. Jennifer Beckman 3. The quote is required by 2:30 p.m. on 11 August 2005. However, if during any time of the quote development it is determined that this date cannot be met, you are requested to promptly notify the undersigned and negotiate a mutually acceptable alternative submission date. 4.
