Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 12,639 Rentable Square Feet of space to yield 10,990 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet of space. Occupancy date will be June 15, 2006 or sooner, if possible. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: North ? I-275; East I-71; South SR1017 or Turfway Road to O?hare Rd. to SR 236; and West SR 236 (Donaldson Rd.) to SR 212 to I-275 Unique Requirements: Space offered must in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g., space should not exceed a length to width ratio of 2:1 nor be ?U? or ?L? shaped. No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. Special requirements include requirements for antenna and satellite roof areas; slab to slab walls; wire mesh in some areas, hold room, vaults, etc. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate parking for clientele on site in accordance with local code (a minimum of 10 reserved spaces on site are required plus 25 employee parking spaces or within 200 feet of the building).
