Description: The US Department of Veterans Affairs, Austin Automation Center is currently requesting quotes from authorized Canon maintenance providers for five copiers and one fax machine. Offeror must be in the Austin, Texas area for a call back time less than one hour and an on-site response time less than four hours. Maintenance includes preventative maintenance in accordance with the manufacture, as well as all parts and supplies, excluding staples and fax supplies.
