- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE SPRUCE MOUNTAIN HAND THINNING SCOPE OF WORK. The contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, and licenses necessary to perform tree thinning and slash treatment on the Bradshaw Ranger District of the Prescott National Forest. There are 155 acres to be treated. All work shall occur between September 1, 2005 and February 28, 2006. The contractor must be registered with the Department of Labor under the Migrant and Seasonal Workers Protection Act. LOCAITON: From Prescott, AZ. Go East on Highway 69 to Walker Road, approximately 5 miles. Go South on Walker Road for approximately 7 miles. Turn right on Forest service road 9404H and travel .5 miles to the project area. Please note that the Solicitation will post on or about AUGUST 18, 2005.
