Description

The 89th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source contract for Computer Airfield Lighting Systems to Siemens Airfield Solutions Inc. Total contract performance period is four months with 4 one-year options. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract and it does not restrict the Government in its ultimate acquisition approach. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based up responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-MAY-2005).
