Description

SEE AMENDMENT 3 FOR MODIFICATION OF AMENDMENT 2 FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE STATEMENT OF WORK UNDER HEADING 6 PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS AND PROFILE. PLEASE DELETE THIS SENTENCE "Additionally, this mission will also follow up with the Nigerian Ports Authority on the status of projects recommended in a Definitional Mission for port sector projects in Nigeria completed in 2003" and REPLACE WITH THIS PARAGRAPH "Additionally, this Definitional Mission Contractor shall meet with the Nigerian Ports Authority personnel to discuss and make a determination on whether four port development projects that were of interest to the Nigerian Ports Authority in 2003 have the potential of moving forward, and whether they would be good candidates for USTDA-supported feasibility studies. These projects include a Nigerian Ports Authority computerization project, a port modernization project for the Lagos Ports Complex and Port Harcourt, the expansion of the Onne Port Complex, and the development of a deep-sea port away from presently congested port docking areas. There is no further information available to offerors regarding these projects at this time."
