Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for rehabilitation and expansion of quarters driveways and parking areas at A.R.M. Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge, Boynton Beach, FL . Work includes but is not limited to grading, sweeping, overlaying with Type S-III asphaltic concrete and installing Type S-I asphaltic concrete and other associated work. This is not a Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with the latest quarterly adjustment under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS code is 237310. The size standard is $28.5 million. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The tentative RFQ issue date is on or about 08/12/05, with quotes due on or around 09/12/05. A firm fixed price purchase order will be issued with a performance period of 60 days from the Notice to Proceed. The anticipated award date on or around 09/22/05. The RFQ documents will be available electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities Web Site at HTTP://FEDBIZOPPS.GOV under RFQ Number 401815Q057. Paper copies WILL NOT be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site for any updates/amendments. Note: Prospective offeror's must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) HTTP://WWW.CCR.GOV in order to be eligible for award. CCR registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number, which can be obtained free of charge from Dun and Bradstreet at (800) 333-0505.
