Description: THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE AWARD FOR a Government Cost Share Project for the Puget Sound Dredge Disposal Analysis (PSDDA) Program, which is responsible for environmental monitoring at each of its eight disposal sites on periodic basis. The primary functio ns of the post-disposals monitoring plan is to ensure compliance with the Clean Water Act Section404 (b) (1) guidelines and to verify that site management objectives are being complies with as specified in the management plan.
