Description: It is the intent of the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service to enter into a contract with Indian Walk In Center, Inc. The Contractor is to provide culturally sensitive alcohol and substance abuse treatment services to Native American and Alaskan Natives within the Salt Lake City, Utah area. This is a sole source set-aside under statutory authority P.L. 94-437, Title V, Indian Health Care Improvement Act, as amended. The services will be for a base year with two one-year options to extend. Solicitation will be issued to Indian Walk In Center, Inc.
