- Amendment 0002 is issued to change FAR Clause 52.246-9G16 to Inspection/Acceptance Origin. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Issue date is 2005 Aug 04. Solicitation for NSN 6150-01-522-3575, YPG05028000656 is amended to include a full and open competitive item description. Export Control applies. An ?export control? technical data package (TDP) exists for this item. Technical data will only be released to contractors who are authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via the Internet. The Internet address is https://ric1s-c025.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. First Article requirements IAW CDRL 015223575-04271, quantity 1 each. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for 149 each with a 100% quantity option, FOB destination, inspection and acceptance at origin. ABVS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer tht will be considered.
