Description

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source contract to CCH INCORPORATED (CCH, INC) for the provision of Print Information - Books, publications, and subscriptions services. The aforementioned publications and services are required for official Securities and Exchange Commission's purposes. The period of performance for this award is: 01 September July 2005 through 31 August 2006. (CCH, INC) is the only known source that possesses the capability required by the SEC. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which maybe considered by the agency. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement, and no other information will be provided.
