Description

The project consists of the contractor providing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, appliances, permits, transportation and supervision necessary for construction services to construct a Unit Training Equipment Site (UTES) in strict accordance w ith the specifications and drawings associated with the project, located at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, Pennsylvania. Work includes but is not limited to all construction service from division 1 thru division 16. Estimated magnitude of construction is more than $10,000,000. Anticipated date for receipt of bids will be on or about 13 Sept 05. Performance period shall be eighteen (18) month from receipt of Notice to Proceed. This solicitation will be available fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of the publication of this announcement. Solicitation will be available from the National Guard posting for Electronic Business solicitations, (EBS) on line at http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/Ebs/Advertisedsolicitations.asp. All requests for the solicitation shall be accomplished through the EBS Website. Interested bidders are required to register on the EBS Website to access and download the solicitation. Furthermore, all interested bidders shall be registered with the Central Contractor Regist ration (CCR). Registration information can be obtained at http://www.ccr.gov/. The solicitation and associated information INCLUDING the Specifications and Drawings will be available on EBS Website. This project is an UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION. All resp onsible sources may submit an offer. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. No telephone requests will be honored.*****
