Description: The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking quoters for a Firm-fixed non-personal purchase order to provide pick-up and disposal of medical waste for the Rosebud I.H.S. Hospital in Rosebud, South Dakota every Thursday. The period of performance will be October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006. Contractor is to perform according to the statement of work. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. Request for RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the date of this publication which will be August 12, 2005. The closing date of this RFQ package is August 29, 2005.
