Description

Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas has a requirement for the purchase of ATLS24 Blood Processing Kits, approximately 150 kits per year and provision of two Autotransfusion Systems to process the kits at no additional cost to the gove rnment. Medtronic Inc, Brand Name or Equal. Period of performance is from 01 Oct 05 through 30 Sep 06 with four (4) one (1) year option periods. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. All r esponsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
