Description: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Service, Plant Introduction Station, intends to negotiate solely with Control Installations of Iowa, Inc.(CI3) for the material and work for the Storage Building Security System. CI3 developed the shared access security system used by Plant Introduction. This is an enhancement of the existing system and the work must be done by the original vendor in order to be compatible with the existing servers, software and hardware, and to provide limited access. This is not a request for proposal nor is a solicitation available.
