Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision and incidentals required to paint interior/exterior of cabanas and restrooms, complete and ready for use. Work consists but not limited to the following: (1) Exterior/interior cleaning; (2) Protection of areas, equipment, plumbing fixtures, hardware, trees, shrubs, and accessories excluded from painting; (3) Repair of damaged surfaces, including previously repaired and painted surfaces with irregularities due to partial peeling and un-matched coating finishes application; (4) Masking of surfaces excluded from painting; (5) Preparation and painting of exterior/interior painted/unpainted surfaces; (6) Minor repairs, preparation, and coating of roof. Coating finished 20-mil DFT minimum.
