- Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), FSC Group 65, Part I, Section B - Drugs, Pharmaceuticals & Hematology Related Products. This solicitation has been refreshed and is issued on an open and continuous basis and will not contain a closing date for receipt of offers. New offers may be submitted at any time. Performance will commence the effective date of award (DOA) and expire five years from that date, unless cancelled, terminated or extended pursuant to any option provisions included in the contract. This solicitation will result in multiple-year indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contracts with an Economic Price Adjustment Provision. The resultant contracts will be FOB Destination and will contain Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) provisions. The solicitation also includes an option to extend the term of the contract. The option clause may be exercised more than once, but the total of the contract period shall not exceed five years.
