Description

The USDA Forest Service intends to award a contract for Microfiche Services. Major work includes: Online transactions will be used as input to the microfiche service. The files to be microfiched are created at the NITC-Kansas City location and sent electronically to the Contractor. The electronic files are used as input to the contractor?s microfiche service. The microfiche originals and duplicates are shipped to the NITC-Fort Collins location. The turnaround time for processing shall be 48 hours from the time that the contractor receives the files until the microfiche originals and duplicates are delivered to NITC-Fort Collins. The volume will vary by the time of year, i.e. quarterly reports will generate an increase in the number of files. Contract will be awarded to one contractor with one base year (September 1 through September 30, 2005) and 4 option years. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The project NAICS is 518210, and the Size Standard is Not To Exceed $21,000,000. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offerors who are not registered in CCR will not be considered for award. The solicitation is anticipated to be published at www.fedbizopps.go on July 20, 2005 with due date of August 12, 2005. The project is estimated between $25,000 and $50,000. The Solicitation will be available at this website for downloading at no cost.
