- NOTE: The following amendment adds additional selection criteria as follows and extends the closing date: #3. SELECTION CRITERIA the following is added: Criteria (5) and (6) are secondary and will only be used as a tie-breaker among technically equal firms. (5) Extent of participation of SB (including WOSB), SDB, historically black colleges and universities, and minority institutions in the proposed con tract team, measured as a percentage of the total estimated effort. (6) Volume of DOD A-E contract awards in the last 12 months, with the objective of effecting an equitable distribution of DOD A-E contracts among qualified firms, including SB and SDB. I nformation regarding secondary Criteria (5) and (6) may be entered in Block 30 of the SF 330. The closing date will be extended from 18 July 2005 to 25 July 2005, 4:00 PM (CDST). Submissions mailed prior to the publishing of this amendment will be held unopened until the revised closing date. Firms may amend their original submission with additio nal information until the time of the revised closing date. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-JUL-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
