Description

This is a combined synopsis/soliciation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subparts 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being reqeusted and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. This is a requirement for a AKTAexpress System 2M, AKTA User Kit and AKTAxpress MAB SW Software or equal. Quantity is 1 each. Delivery will be FOB Destination to National Institutes of Health, National Institute on Aging, Gerontology Research Center, 5600 Nathan Shock Drive, Baltimroe, MD. Quotation shall include: proposed delivery in days, pricing for items, the company TAX Information Number and DUNS Number. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. The following FAR clauses apply to this solicitation.
